- Strava – run tracking.
- Oura – sleep tracking (requires a ring).
- Elevate – brain ‘training’.
- ELSA Speak – English pronunciation.
- Matter Reader – social reading.
- Balance – meditation.
- Audible – audiobooks.
Universal:
- Notion – the all-in-one workspace / personal CRM.
- Instapaper – save and read articles.
- Readwise – resurface your Kindle and Instapaper highlights to remember more of what you read.
- Fantastical – calendar.
- Spark Mail – email.
- ExpressVPN – VPN (duh).
- Spotify – music.
- Telegram – the best messenger.
- Brave Browser – the fastest and most secure web browser.
- 1Password – password manager.
- Grammarly – checks spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Pocket Casts – the best podcast app.
- Brain.fm – background music for focus and naps.
- Brilliant – learn math and science.
- Anki – flashcards.
- Twemex – a browser extension for Twitter.
